Our world is home to over 7 billion people.

Facebook's latest figures show nearly 3 billion active users a month.

Therefore, there are so many different people, decisions, values, commitments and memories that we deal with every day.

Some of us want to oversleep but are somehow forced to have an early start. On the other hand, most of us just get used to it after some time.

So what’s the secret? When should your day actually start? What to do in order to be productive and satisfied throughout the day?

First of all, we can’t predict what’ll happen at work, on our way to work, or anything not directly related to us. So many people, context and energy circles around us.

Let’s start from the CareerfIT’s list of things you can actually do:

  • When you wake up, visualize your great day and the best possible outcome. Trust me, do it once more. Now, visualize your day with an even better outcome than the one before. So what is the difference? You see, it can always be better.
  • What do you like most about the mornings? Is it coffee, exercise, breakfast or just additional sleep? Just do what you like.
  • When you visualize your great day and embrace positive energy, do something extra. What can increase your level of energy: dancing, good song, a cupcake? Treat every morning as your special day.
  • You’re at the door thinking about another annoying workday, think again about the things that will make you happy: is it a great interview, long expected review with the manager, or just a gossip time with friends.
  • You are closing the door. Try thinking about your role model or metaphor that suits you best. It can be a quote, song, person, anything. From Oprah through Messi to Bugs Bunny or real life role model. Just repeat to yourself: ‘I can do it. I have every possible resource and it’s up to me.’

Start your day peacefully, with NO Stress and Anxiety. Leave emails and notifications for when you're at work.
